The appointed candidate will focus on Corporate Finance and Capital Markets with a specific focus on advising on Mergers and Acquisitions.
CA/ Similar with 3 -5 years Corporate Finance / M&A advisory experience either within financial services/investment banking. Strong valuation, financial modelling and relationship management ability secures. Experience in capital raisings in South Africa or across Africa for debt and equity will be an additional factor in securing the role. Role is based in Johannesburg with a requirement to travel into Africa where required.
