We are seeking to employ at UAT Test Manager on a 12 month contract.

Key Desirables

• Influential, good relationship with test team SME’s and Ops Change leads SA & UK
• Hands-on’ testing experience in Contact Centre Operational environment
• A proven ability to develop and manage UAT test cases/scripts, test criteria & procedures
• Ability to translate scope and business rules into UAT test cases/scripts
• Ability to communicate and engage team members and end users and ensure UAT SME’s understand the ask

Responsibilities

• SA based to ensure Webhelp have right skillset in place to manage & support SA SME’s and acting as central point of contact for SD test manager.
• Collaboratively develop testing scenarios/ Scripts and agree test scope with SD test manager
• Analyse business scope, requirements, and ensure SME’s understand Scope of testing
• Review test scripts alongside SA SME’s based on the scope, to ensure all requirements have been covered off.
• Facilitate and support session between SD & IBM test teams
• Asses the impacts and risk of the new functionality on the system & advise the Project Manager
• Oversee the Test execution and manage any Issues with the SA SME’s during execution phase.
• Provide a daily update to the Project Manager on Test Execution progress during the UAT testing Phase
• Develop a low level UAT plan for each operational business area to include Scope and objectives
