    Retail Client Services Analyst

    Job description

    Join this successful investment company based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. Are you a passionate and highly motivated individual? Want to be part of a team responsible for guiding clients through products and processes, providing clarity on any questions or concerns they may have.

    Basic job requirements

    • Completed Business Degree
    • 2 - 3years experience in Asset Management
    • Call Centre experience (Financial Services) - Essential
    • A good overall understanding of the investment industry
    • Financial Services experience specifically Asset Management, Retirement Funds and Unit Trusts experience
    • High level of computer literacy
    • Good verbal and written communication skills with clients, internal business units and service providers

    Primary job function

    • Assisting and building relationships with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
    • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and following up on queries where applicable
    • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
    • Assisting clients with processing of forms, applications and requests
    • Record details of enquiries, comments and complaints
    • Maintain customer databases
    • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
    • Assist in improving the environment with projects, process reviews and other enhancements
