    Digital Marketing Manager -OMNI

    Overview

    An exciting opportunity exists in the Clicks Omni Channel Department, for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager. If you live and breathe digital marketing we want to talk to you!

    Purpose and Objectives

    Purpose

    To plan and implement the best ways of promoting our brand, products and services in the digital environment of online, social media and mobile to cost effectively deliver the maximum commercial benefit in accordance with business strategic objectives.

    Job Objectives

    • Analyse and research customer data, market trends and previous marketing activities to direct activities
    • Develop and execute 360o advertising and marketing strategies across all digital channel to achieve business objectives
    • Develop, manage and optimise the search engine marketing campaigns including adwords and display to drive paid traffic to the website
    • Develop, manage and optimise the online marketing campaigns that support the business marketing objectives e.g. banner advertising
    • Design, optimise and brief all emails content and data mining requirements to drive email traffic to the website
    • Coordinate and optimise the social media content and advertising strategy in accordance with the business strategies
    • Develop, brief and manage all the digital advertising and marketing requirements to drive traffic to the paid supplier assets in accordance to contracts
    • Develop, execute and manage affiliate and referral programs to drive traffic to the website
    • Responsible for and coordinate all the communication to the paid package suppliers
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing advertising and marketing

    Requirements

    KPI’s

    • Traffic from social media, likes & followers, on digital platforms
    • Customer engagement and reach on social platforms
    • Customer click through rate on email (traffic from email marketing)
    • Growth in traffic to site from email, referral ,affiliate and paid traffic sources
    • Improvement in conversion rate for all the marketing led traffic channels
    • ROI of all advertising and marketing spend

    Education Requirements

    Degree or formal higher education – (marketing, media, business)

    Job Related Requirements

    • Prior experience & track record in digital marketing and social media
    • Change readiness (given the changing nature of digital)
    • Experience in working in a cross functional team and managing external vendors to deliver objectives
    • Strong analytics skills; exposure to marketing analytics
