    Telesales Agent

    Job description

    Job Purpose:

    • Booking appointments for the Directors by making outbound cold calls daily, promoting the factory, their products and the benefits to potential customers
    • Booking appointments for Key account manager in Europe to visit potential customers
    • Working on high quality appointment setting campaigns
    • Selling a range of products and services to clients

    Responsibilities

     

    • Research potential customers
    • Identify potential customer needs
    • Be able to sell a solution based product
    • Scheduling Skype meetings for the directors
    • Quote against existing service provider
    • Give the customer 2 free banners to be able to do a comparison on their current solution
    • Speaking to a minimum of 20 decision makers per week
    • Performing administrative duties
    • Conveying technical information to customers
    • Offered customers alternatives and up-selling
    • Maintaining a working understanding of key suppliers, competitive position
    • Contributed to and participated in team meetings and activities
    • Building and developing accounts
    • Re-directing enquiries to the appropriate person
    • Contacting lapsed & new customers to introduce and promote products

    • Experience of Microsoft software like Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Having a professional and direct telephone manner
    • Experience of generating new business through direct marketing

     

    Requirements:

    • Great communication skills, speaking German would be a major benefit
    • Must have basic computer and mobile knowledge (know how to surf the web, search online,
    • Must have telemarketing experience
    • Must be great on the phone, have an outgoing personality, be able to handle rejection well, be positive, and have an “I can” attitude
    • Must have a strong work ethic and desire to grow in the company
    • Must be punctual
    • Must want to earn lots of money
