Santam's Operations & IT - Personal Lines Contact Centre department has three (3) positions availabe for Client Service Consultants (PLCC Policy Maintenance - Voice) who will be based at the company's Personal Lines Contact Centre in Auckland Park.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with all operational queries received via mailbox
• To ensure that they deliver a high quality inputs
• To retain and administer all personal lines business
• To deliver and execute high levels of quality of all personal lines activities.
• To maintain relationships with all stakeholders through the effective utilisation of all available Contact Centre resources (e.g. Technology, policy wording and process manuals , Underwriting Guidelines)
• To ensure that Santam exceeds broker service level expectations
• To identify and implement innovative cost effective delivery solutions
• To participate in constructive team work dynamics
• To ensure that all workforce management principles are adhered to and implemented successfully

 Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• FAIS requirements
• 2 -3 years' experience in insurance / contact centres
