    Healthcare Policy Manager

    Job description

    requirements

    • Minimum 3 years experience in pharmaceutical industry 
    • Existing relationships within the healthcare funding environment
    • In-depth knowledge of Healthcare& Pharmaceutical Legislation
    • In-depth understanding of Healthcare policy and structural framework in South Africa policy design 
    • Qualification in Health Technology Assessment or Pharmaco-economics
    • Strategic, long term thinking ability
    • Ability to build scenarios/models to inform the decision making process of the business 
    • Good clinical/disease area understanding
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Excellent planning and organising skills
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to work under pressure
