Your day-to-day duties will include, but not limited to:
- Leadership of a team responsible for leakage risk measurement, control design, evaluation and improvement across MTN Group.
- Key stakeholder in the formulation of MTN Group’s Revenue Assurance strategy, with a strategic perspective on risk affecting MTN’s revenues.
- Providing strategic advice to the Group Executive for RAFM, in relation to industry, product and process risk impacting MTN’s revenues.
- Key role in the dissemination of RAFM Group strategy and execution plan to various group stakeholders in the organization, including Finance, BRM, Marketing, IS, Networks and Customer Operations. (performed at GM and executive level)
- Responsible for the design, implementation and management of RAFM frameworks for SSH, COE and OPCO retained organizations to use in the effective management of revenue leakage risk.
- Responsible for the design, implementation and management of key performance indicators, targets and general performance monitoring of MTN Group’s performance in relation to addressing the risk of revenue leakage.
- Key responsible for providing input to MTN leadership on the key risks affecting revenues, including the impacts, and improvements recommended.
- Responsible for oversight of the localization, integration planning, execution and monitoring of Group RAFM policy frameworks and methodologies.
- Group oversight of the control environment to address the risk of revenue leakage within MTN SA, including primary, secondary and third line assurance

Role requirements:
- You must have a Bachelor’s degree (non-negotiable) in Commerce / Accounting as well as a post graduate qualification - CISA/CISM/CRISK/CA(SA)/MBA
- 5 years' experience leading a revenue assurance and fraud management division in a telecoms environment
- Experience working in a multinational enterprise with experience in emerging markets
- At least 2 years' experience working in audit/advisory organisations
- Proven track record of business transformation ownership and delivery
