    Industrial Relations Officer - Retail

    Job description

    The selected candidate must be :

    • Prepared to travel countrywide to attend CCMA cases (The company pays for all travel)
    • Must have CCMA conciliation and arbitration experience – this is a deal breaker. This person must have represented their organisation in CCMA arbitrations from A-Z (from preparation phase right through)

    Education
    Ideally you will be a graduate with 2-3 years experience.
