What is Blended Workforce

Blended Workforce is an HR strategy that combines different types of workers to achieve organizational goals. It includes traditional full-time employees, part-time and short-term contract workers, freelancers, remote workers, and consultants. This approach enables companies to adopt a more flexible and agile workforce model, which is better suited to their evolving needs.  

Over time, the blended workforce approach has proven to boost organizational performance. With its dynamic and flexible model, it also tends to decrease costs and promotes innovation within an organization. This has also come in handy as there has been a rapid evolution of technology and globalization resulting in a changing workforce demographics across the world.
