Drives, manages and executes the business and revenue of Strategic Accounts.
Build strategic relationships with Hospital Groups executive level clinical & non-clinical stakeholders
Is the sector expert in market dynamics that influence our business opportunities to maximize GEHC successes and drive profitable growth.
Educates team on significant industry factors including competitive products, regulations, trends, customer needs, and pricing in the private sector.
Deep knowledge & understanding of the procurement process & ability to forecast timelines & other commercial opportunities in this sector.
Supports with sharing intelligence to enable the commercial team develop quotes and proposals to increase the LCTs win-rate.
Leads the development strategically for the direct team & partners to build solutions that enable GEHC to win in the private sector.
Compliantly work with private sector stakeholders to proactively carry out equipment gap analysis and develop fair specifications
Required Experience
Demonstrated success in selling to private sector customers
Proven track record of consistently exceeding established measurements for goals and objectives.
Skilled at delivering high quality service to customers
Experience in business-to-business selling and managing using a consultative sales approach, and will have strong demonstrated partnering and closing skills
Must have expertise around procurement and the various buying vehicles to enable growth in sales via our distribution partners.
Excellent management and communication skills (written and verbal)
Demonstrated knowledge of different sales methodologies and customer relationship management (CRM) systems: SFDC knowledge is desired
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
10 + years’ experience in Business Management, Sales, Marketing
