    Creative Solutions Implementer

    Key Deliverables

    Campaign Management 

    • Preparing the instructions for booking/s.
    • Ensuring the booking has been done correctly.
    • Briefing of the campaign into programming, production and digital.
    • Chasing of material and all necessary documentation for processing.
    • Liaising with clients and agencies during the campaign.
    • Briefing the programming, on-air, digital and marketing departments when required for campaign implementation.
    • Creating and distributing post campaign presentations.

    Internal Briefings 

    • Providing and facilitating ongoing briefings weekly with teams to take them through the mechanics and concept for campaigns via WhatsApp, email, and in-person when the team is available.
    • Ensuring the team has received the brief and are comfortable with the concept. 

    Proposal Writing

    • Conceptualising and formulating proposals in accordance with briefings.

    Operational Efficiency & Reporting

    • Maintaining accurate reporting, keeping up-to-date records, tracking communications, opportunities, and pipeline activities.
    • Maintaining a pipeline with at least three times the required coverage to achieve monthly targets
    • Prioritising accounts and ensuring timely follow-ups to avoid missed opportunities.

    Collaboration & Team Contribution

    • Collaborating with marketing, technical and programming teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
    • Sharing learnings and best practices to help improve the overall performance of campaigns and the sales team.

    • Diploma - Project management / Media Studies / Communications - Essential

    Experience

    • Media - 1 year - Essential 
    • Campaign Implementation / Project Management - 1 year - Advantageous

    Dispatch & Receiving Clerk

    Key Deliverables

    Inventory Movement 

    • Verifying dispatched and received assets against the assets on the Picking List.
    • Ensuring that gear is barcoded.
    • Completing asset check lists and handing over the picked assets to the client during gear check.
    • Ensuring that gear being received is identified and logged on the picking list.

    Dispatching and Receiving 

    • Ensuring that gear being dispatched is in good working order.
    • Ensuring that picking lists and any other documentation are completed and signed off after the gear check is completed.
    • Assisting with loading gear in vehicles, when and if required.
    • Ensuring that when gear is received it is in good working order and that the dispatched kits are complete as per the dispatch check sheets.
    • Ensuring that all return documents are to be signed-off by client / client’s representative upon Dispatch and Return of Gear and equipment.
    • Escalating issues with returned equipment to the relevant Departments and/or Supervisors.
    • Notifying Supervisor of any damages or discrepancies and/or missing equipment once gear is received.
    • Following the established missing and damages procedures, when and if required. 

    Stock Taking 

    • Assisting with Company stock take.

    Key Deliverables:

    Revenue Growth and Sales Targets

    • Meeting or exceeding sales quotas: Achieving specific sales targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly) in terms of revenue or the number of accounts closed.
    • Upselling and cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to upsell existing clients or cross-sell additional products or services.

    Engineer

    Specific Tasks and Outcomes

    Technical Support  

    • Providing technical support during live broadcasts.
    • Providing technical line-ups,testing, and routing of all incoming live satellite and fibre feeds.
    • Assisting SNG/ENG crews with repairs and maintenance of their equipment.
    • Providing first line support to all operational personnel.
    • Assisting in diagnosing and correcting faults finding down to component level.
    • Assisting in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
    • Ensuring drawings and documentation are up to date if future installation changes occur.

    Preventative Maintenance

    • Performing preventative maintenance per published schedule.
    • Completing routine system checks as per published schedule.
    • Identifying possible breakdown points and develop preventative plans to minimize down time.
    • Investigating and submitting fault finding report during breakdowns to prevent future downtime.
    • Investigating escalated incidents to responsible service owners and seek resolution.
    • Facilitating recovery following resolution of incidents.

    Requirements
