    Cabin Crew Instructor (JHB)

    Description

    • Training Delivery;
    • Assist in identifying and addressing learning challenges, instructional issues, and new training needs;
    • Identify opportunities for improvement to training delivery and trainee experience;
    • Identify training needs in line with organisational requirements;
    • Facilitate training sessions in classroom and virtual formats in line with the training manual and updated training material;
    • Monitor, support and provide trainees with individual feedback to assist in their development;
    • Complete and distribute training documents and records in line with regulations and procedures;
    • Assist with the development of training material;
    • Prepare training rooms and ensure that training material is readily available;
    • Stay up to date with relevant regulations, notices, directives, SOPs and policies.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
    • Current and Valid RSA Cabin Crew Licence (Essential) ;
    • Current SACAA instructor designation in Cabin Crew (Essential);
    • Train the Trainer and Assessor certifications (Essential);
    • Diploma / Training related qualification (Advantageous);

    Creditors Clerk (JHB)

    Description

    • Operations; 
    • Receive, sort, distribute and file invoices;
    • Capture all invoices (Local & foreign);
    • Prepare Local & Foreign Supplier reconciliations;
    • Work closely with Logistics department and suppliers;
    • Pay suppliers as per the agreement terms;
    • Responsible for clearing old queries and open payments; 
    • Assist with month-end and year-end close off procedures;
    • Provide auditors with information required for yearend audit;

    Technical Instructor (Avionics) (JHB)

    Description

    • Provide input into the training manual, MTPM, SOPs and policies;
    • Stay current with relevant regulations, notices, directives, SOPs and policies and maintain systems, policies and procedures to ensure that training delivery and documentation is in line with regulations and best practice;
    • Provide expert advice to assist with the design of training programmes (training objectives, examinations and practical evaluations, designing training modules, determining the training strategy, training media, producing competency-based training and assessment materials);

    Driver (JHB)

    Description

    • Operations; 
    • Safely transport crew and staff between airports, training centres, hotels, and other designated points;
    • Assist with ad-hoc collections and deliveries as required;

    Certified Aviation Technician (Mechanical) (JHB)

    Description

    Required to perform various flight line duties including, but not limited to:

    • Conduct line maintenance inspections;
    • Conduct routine inspections on various mechanical systems on the aircraft;
    • Conduct fault finding and rectify based on the fault;
    • Perform A-checks including weekly service checks;
    • Perform thorough daily inspections of the aircraft to identify any potential issues or defects;
    • Conduct necessary maintenance tasks to ensure the airworthiness of the aircraft;
