    Junior Client Relationship Consultant

    Summary
    Our Junior Relationship Consultants are committed to providing an impactful client experience through efficient, friendly service. The successful applicant will be located in Lagoon Beach, Milnerton and assume responsibility for providing excellent client services support to clients and assist with administrative support in the day to day operations of the company.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Tasking incoming instructions (20 tasks per day)
    • Accurate data capturing of information
    • Client service: Handling telephone and written enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
    • Correct categorising of email instructions
    • Ensuring each email is saved to the server for company records
    • Sending accurate receipt emails
    • Managing client deadline expectations with intention and excellence
    • Being intentional about selecting deadlines and communicating with the client if weare unable to meet them
    • Switchboard operation
    • Sales Support which includes the accurate capturing of new accounts and contacts
    • Capturing and managing trial dates when an actuary is needed to testify in court
    • Arranging Affidavits for Clients when needed for court
    • Taking delivery and tasking hand delivered instructions
    • Taking delivery and signing for Subpoenas
    • Welcoming guests in a professional manner
    • Assisting with impeccable neatness in the office
    • Following up and liaising with clients regarding travel arrangements for court appearances
    • Arranging consultations with clients (calendar invites, confirmation of times, venues etc.)
    • Run errands when required –Post Office, PostNet etc

    Sales:

    • Deal with Customer Enquiries with regards to reporting requirements and costing as well as sample reports
    • Be able to answer basic questions about our reports, their costs and requirements
    • Send off emails RE: the above mentioned
    • Produce quotations if necessary
    • Complete the CRM admin on Moon Rock needed for the above (our in-house system)
    • Sending flowers (new business, referrals)
    • Welcoming new clients, ensuring they received their report and are happy with it 

    Personal Attributes:

    • Attention to detail is a must
    • Exceptional telephone and communication skills
    • Able to communicate fluently in IsiXhosa will be an advantage 
    • Able to work under pressure
    • Great customer service attitude
    • Team player

    Qualifications

    • Matric or equivalent qualifications
    • Tertiary qualification (desirable but not essential)
    • Driver’s license preferable but not essential 

    Business Skills/Experience
    A good working knowledge of MS office and IT packages

    Industry Skills/Experience

    • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role (client services)/environment
    • Experience in office administration

    Junior Actuarial Liability Analyst

    Summary
    The successful applicant will be located in Lagoon Beach, Milnerton as a Junior Actuarial Liability Analyst. Actuarial Liability Analysts are financial experts who specialize in Forensic Actuarial services, Road accident fund matters, Maintenance and medical malpractice.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage tasks and work towards deadlines under pressure
    • Interpret and analyse relevant information by perusing legal and financial documents
    • Comprehend,calculate and present professional reports to senior analysts and experts
    • Accept and learn from constructive feedback
    • Interact with colleagues and work towards common goals
    • Interact with clients and assist them in understanding basic actuarial questions (interactions are mostly limited to case-specific questions).

    • No industry skill experience needed
