    Inside Sales Executive

    Job description

    Working at DotActiv as an Inside Sales Executive, reporting to our CMO, your responsibility will be:

    • To provide authentic and personalised help to qualified leads who are actively in the buyer's journey.
    • To meet your monthly sales target.
    • To manage sales and relationships with particular customers. More specifically you will act as a trusted advisor to certain customers with the goal of growing existing accounts through additional software sales, software upgrades and consulting services.

    To ensure that you are successful you will get the following:

    • A minimum number of leads each month. Leads can be defined as people who represent retailers and suppliers from around the world who have indicated interest in our solutions by requesting information, demo's or proposals from us.
    • Comprehensive product and sales training.
    • Best-in-class sales enablement tools.

    To thrive in this position you will need to have the following character traits:

    • Coachability - ability to understand feedback and change behaviour based on it.
    • Curiosity - ability and desire to ask probing questions;
    •  Prior success - either sales results or ambition/drive in one's endeavours;
    • Intelligence - ability to become a subject matter expert;

    Specific responsibilities

    • Providing leads with timely and personalised communication when they request information, proposals or demo's.
    • Connect calls (this is not the same as cold calling)
    • Sales Emails
    • Growing existing accounts.
    • Conducting engaging online software demonstrations.
    • Providing product information.
    • Lead nurturing.
    • Negotiating sales deals.
    • Creating proposals.
    • Signing new customers.

    Requirements

    • A relevant degree.
    • Excellent English and writing skills.
    • Good communication and people skills.
    • Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
    • The ability to interact successfully across cultures.
    • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
    • Skills which would be nice to have:
    • Spanish (Since many of our leads are Spanish speaking) or other widely spoken
    • languages, other than English.
