Internal Auditor at TFG (The Foschini Group)

Job description

An exciting and challenging position has become available for a Senior Internal Auditor within the TFG Internal Audit Division. Reporting to the Senior Manager: Internal Audit, the successful incumbent will need to draw on his/her extensive auditing knowledge and experience to effectively conduct audits in our retail and credit businesses.

Key deliverables:

• Auditing high risk areas and producing quality audit reports
• Proactively identifying and rating risk
• Developing audit programmes and conducting them effectively
• Facilitating risk workshops
• Liaising extensively at a senior level with internal and external business partners

To take up this challenging position you should:

• Have a minimum of a B.Com qualification
• Have at least 4 years experience in an audit environment
• Be able to work under pressure
• Possess practical business acumen
• Be able to comprehend complex areas/processes
• Have strong conceptual and problem solving skills
• Have excellent documentation and verbal communication skills
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Be customer centric with excellent interpersonal skills
• 10% travel
