Responsibilities

Chop loading process

• Acquired information on the levels of the bins from Millers
• Received loading sheet to record and confirm loading
• (Customer's name, registration, schedule for loading, etc)
• Established number of trucks to be loaded
• Guided truck under bins
• Started loading process
• Hammered bins to remove chokes when necessary
• Monitored fullness of truck according to required standard

Housekeeping

• Continuously cleaned the area and the spills
• Loaded sweepings into bags

Safety

• Always worn safety gear (PPE)
• Maintained food safety and hygiene standards   

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• 6 - 12 months’ experience in a similar environment
• Health and safety standards
