    Creative Director

    Job Purpose

    • Through cross-functional collaboration, develop and lead the creative team to accommodate the company's creative needs and requirements as per the marketing goals and strategies, creating unique brand promotion concepts (including packaging development) in accordance with the client's promotional strategies, prioritizing the creative work as per the demands, and translating the brief into a creative visual experience while maintaining the company’s unique corporate identity.
    • Ensure correct and on-going execution of creative material and related activities (internal comms and social media) to promote global alignment in terms of brand and concept development and one Cipla look and feel. Liaise with external stakeholders to fulfil required creative needs as per brief.

    Accountabilities

    • Manage strategic impact for the business with regards to the quality of launch in order to minimise business risk and ensure organisation profitability
    • Build and maintain relationships internally by working closely with cross functional teams in order to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects
    • Develop and manage the creative team in order deliver the overall objectives of creative function
    • Digital Platform Development

    Education Qualification

    • Diploma or Master’s Degree in Marketing

    Relevant Work Experience

    • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry with an understanding of design programs and elements that form part of it with exceptional conceptual thinking, negotiation skills and a collaborative and  adaptive approach to change
