Conceptualising, designing and implementing online training, learning and leadership development programmes that address the Party’s needs
Coordinating and managing the DA’s online learning platform(s) that house DA learning programmes, to ensure learners can engage in innovative and excellent online learning
Ensuring the online systems are up to date, safe to use, and integrated with the Party’s systems
Coordinating functions, projects, and programmes that support the DA as a learning organisation
Developing innovative and engaging curricula, course materials and assessments, which can be used for development initiatives for the Party’s public representatives, activists and staff
Minimum requirements:
Tertiary qualification
2 years’ experience working with Moodle, Articulate (including Rise), or other online course creation software used to develop courses for the Moodle platform
Experience in conducting thorough research and developing well-structured, engaging course content
Experience with user testing and feedback collection
Project management experience
Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite, Zoom and Canva. Proficiency in any other design software is advantageous
