E Learning / Instructional Designer at Dananda Talent

Duties:

• Uploading and illustrating interactive courseware on Moodle
• Maintaining live courses on student portal
• Helping find and or devise simulations for repertoire of business courses
• Ensuring correct material is available in right place on schedule
• Regularly patrolling weblinks and other resources to ensure all are working
• Testing all resources at go-live
• Troubleshooting user issues
• Setting up online assessments
• Reviewing and testing courseware
• Helping with other material development department duties as the need arises

Education

• Degree or equivalent (business, IT or education qualification) an advantage

Requirements

• Familiarity with a major virtual learning environment, preferably Moodle
• Competency in standard office business personal computer skills
• An active interest in the use of technology to support learning
• Ability to learn new IT applications swiftly
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines

These would be advantageous:

• Experience of learning materials design
• Experience in higher education sector
• Ability to use custom code and develop simulations
• Excellent spelling
