    Executive: Organisational Transformation

    Job Function:

    Lead and execute the Imperial Change Management “way” in partnership with the business partners, internal business stakeholders and functional teams. Identify and assess change impacts, business readiness needs, stakeholder related barriers and drivers for change. Assess, manage and embed new behaviours through a detailed change readiness plan. Align all change leadership initiatives to the OE COE practices, One Imperial strategy, DPWorld operating model and agile ways of work.

    Key performance areas:

    • Work with the PMO/ Transformation office to develop and manage the Change Management book of work, highlighting all change projects across the Imperial group, status of initiatives and risks
    • Oversee (and lead) large or complex change initiatives including acquisitions/ integration, functional/ system deployments etc.
    • Lead agile ways of work and programme deployment methods in all change projects
    • Understand the stakeholder landscapes, readiness needs and the best channels and approaches to transition each stakeholder grouping to adoption and effectiveness
    • Maintain and embed the change management “way” (methodology) with all P&C business partners, Line Manager, Project leaders and Sponsors.
    • Participate in analysis and design processes with the business and functional teams to identify key changes and requirements Assess the degree of business readiness for change and specific risks/issues that may inhibit successful adoption across all levels in the business
    • Develop change management plans to drive business readiness, engagement and learning critical for buy-in, appetite to change and capacity for successful transformation
    • Partner with CAIR and P&C BP’s in the deployment of a communication plan to support regular communication and 2-way engagement with impacted stakeholders
    • Compile and track business readiness plans to identify and manage all business and people actions necessary to enable a successful change
    • Mobilise sponsors, executives and leadership to act as change advocates and drive adoption through their own actions
    • Identify and mobilise a change agent network across all operating and geographical locations to ensure localisation of the change and business capacity building
    • Provide a bridge between the change management journey and all HR / IR / OD changes required to equip the functional area with the relevant HRBP and associated SMEs
    • Identify and manage a service provider network able to support transformation initiatives, including rate cards

    Qualifications required:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Post graduate degree advantageous
    • Change Management accreditation preferable

    Skills and experience required:

    • Up to 10 years of relevant OE or change management experience
    • Minimum of 5 years leading complex change initiatives in a global or multinational organisation

    Technical Competencies:

    • Advanced knowledge of change management methodologies
    • Minimum of 3 years working in an agile organisation or deploying agile work models
    • Ability to start-up new practices and processes in a federated HR model
