Major Responsibilities

You will be responsible for 

• Lead the entire marketing activities in Africa - manage local resources and budgets efficiently.
• Work closely with the local sales teams, as well as with the EMEA marketing management and global marketing peers to define and execute effective plans.
• Create effective lead generation programs, to grow net new sales pipeline aligned with product launches and regional sales needs. 
• Drive local social media activities, digital marketing and virtual events.
• Work closely with strategic partners and channel teams to build and execute joint marketing activities using marketing funds.
• Measure and report out on all campaign results and budget management effectiveness and ROI

Desired Background

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in running regional field marketing, including physical and virtual events, campaign management, channel marketing and digital marketing.
• Dedicated and ambitious person with inspiring personality, excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple activities at once.
• Previous marketing experience from a security company - a significant advantage
• Experience in CRM systems (Salesforce & Marketo as advantage).
• Competitive analysis and account mapping experience - an advantage
• Marketing Education and/or BA an advantage.
• Willing to travel up to 30% of the time, in the future
