Invoicing Clerk (AD 44) at Werkie

Key Responsibilities

• This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth flow of financial and stock-related processes.

Invoicing & Financial Administration

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and timeously
• Capture invoices on Pastel with a high level of precision
• Maintain proper financial records and supporting documentation
• Follow up professionally with clients regarding outstanding invoices

Stock Control

• Assist with maintaining accurate stock records
• Ensure invoicing corresponds correctly with stock movements
• Support reconciliation between stock and financial records

Systems & Reporting

• Work daily on Pastel for invoicing and accounting functions
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and reconciliations
• Assist with general financial administrative duties

Minimum Requirements

• Background in Accounting or Financial Administration
• Minimum 1 year experience in invoicing using Pastel
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Own reliable transport
• Proactive, professional, and able to work well within a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
