    Managed Services Engineer (L1)

    • The Managed Services Engineer (L1) is responsible for providing a managed service to clients to ensure that their IT infrastructure and systems remain operational through proactively identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems and restoring service to clients by managing incidents to resolution. 
    • This role has the primary objective is to ensure zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions and focuses on first-line support, resolution, monitoring and event management for standard and low complexity incidents and service requests.

    Roles and responsibilities:

    • Software support (MS office, MS teams, OneDrive and other internal applications)
    • Hardware support (fault find, HDD and RAM upgrades)
    • Print support (Give access to printers, Connectivity, toner replacement)
    • Video Conference support (Yealink and poly devices)
    • Desktop setup for new starters and desk moves.
    • Testing of UPS.
    • Asset management (Record stock being taken from stores and disposal of old devices.
    • Building desktop`s and laptop`s
    • MS Intune support (enrol, assign, rename, delete devices, add/remove groups, add/remove license etc.)
    • Setting up entry/exit scanners before the go out to the clubs.
    • MACBOOK support (install MAC OS, install apps and enrol into Intune using company portal)
    • Setting up access machine for clubs.
    • Security (remediate non-compliant devices)
    • BitLocker.
    • Desk phone setup.
    • LAN and WI-FI 1st line support.
    • Media screen support (updating content)
    • SOP documentation.
    • Sound support (setup sound, mic, projector screen for company updates.
    • VIP/EXCO support (CEO, COO, MD, CFO)
    • Troubleshooting issues on Connex one.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

    • IT Engineering or any IT-related qualification.
    • 3-5 Years’ experience across the IT industry with a proven track record.
    • A+, N+, MCSE.
    • ITIL V4.
    • Microsoft Azure Certified.
    • Own Vehicle is a must.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Proven ability to work in a team.
    • Must be able to work in a structured manner.
    • Developed problem solving abilities.
    • Ability to multitask.
