Ensure efficient and effective management of the day-to-day operations of the Steelpoort Mining Supply Park (“MSP”)
Management of maintenance, security, gardens, and cleaning services.
Ensure that utility consumption including monthly meter readings are managed, meters are well maintained and kept in working order.
Ensure all equipment, furniture, and infrastructure are effectively maintained.
Manage and oversee of the MSP service providers, contractors, and any other third-party service providers.
Ensure all buildings and facilities remain structurally sound and legal compliant.
Promptly address any water reticulation problems
Daily inspections of the MSP common use areas
Ensure proper waste management
Ensure regular maintenance of all firefighting equipment
Establish an emergency reaction unit and protocol with Lion Smelter in case of an emergency.
Safety training to security, cleaning and garden contractors and ensure equipment used by the contractors are safety compliant and always used in a safe manner.
