Renewables Project Analyst at TotalEnergies

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree of Business or Engineering
• Knowledge in Renewable Energy technologies
• Knowledge in South African renewable energy market
• Areas of expertise: Project management with a focus among Business and Project Development
• Strong MS Excel and MS Powerpoint skills
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, with a cross-functional and delocalized teams
• Analytical mind
• Fluent in English. Basic understanding of French is an advantage.

Activities

• Conduct market analysis (opportunities, clients, projects, competitors…)
• Assist the BD manager in preparing Offers / Tender Responses and the corresponding documentation for internal approvals
• Assist in preparation of documentation (reports and presentations) for external audiences
• Participate and take actions in client meetings, in support of the projects under development
• Conduct high-level technical and financial analysis of key opportunities using TotalEnergies’ internal applications.
• Conduct due diligence analysis on Partners, Suppliers and Contractors.
• Actively participate in marketing events (industry conferences and workshops).
• Support Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) negotiations.
• Site visits as and when needed.
