We are looking for a full-time SEO specialist to join our remote team of 37+ people from across 7 countries. Learn the SEO skills that we use to outrank the biggest sites on the internet while working remotely.

Scope of Work:

Your work will involve working on our client projects as well as our own blog. You will work across industries such as SaaS, e-commerce, automotive, etc.

• Doing SEO research and analysis using Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and other tools in order to develop content strategies.

• Carrying out regular SEO Audits of our clients’ sites and identifying performance issues

• Monitoring SEO metrics and preparing periodic reports

Additional responsibilities:

• Staying up to date on the latest SEO news and developments and keeping our team informed.

• Guiding our content team in writing SEO articles.

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years full time experience in an SEO role

• Expertise in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush, etc.

• Experience in using Google Search Console and Google Analytics

• Basic familiarity with technical SEO

• Advanced-level proficiency in English

• A Bachelor's degree (in any subject)

• Excellent attention to detail

Desirable

• Technical SEO experience - site architecture, core web vitals, etc.

• Brownie points for candidates who have experience in working at agencies or on large websites

• Brownie (with cream) points for candidates with a demonstrated track record of driving high traffic.

• HTML, Javascript, CSS, and technical WordPress skills.

Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently and responsibly from a remote location

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• A very strong desire to continually keep learning about SEO and content marketing

• A strong desire to win
