Project-Based Execution |Implement project briefs as provided (e.g., seasonal displays, innovation rollouts) Execute planogram changes and category flow adjustments under supervision Assist with cross-merchandising pilots and data collection for new projects .
Store Visits (Flexible Call Cycles)|Visit allocated stores as per project-specific call cycles. Report back on implementation, issues, and opportunities Effective management of call cycle as per project- specific call cycles .
Shelf Health & Stock Support|Basic checks for stock availability and rotation on project lines Ensure display execution and correct ticketing for project items .
Operational KPI’s|Increase sales within categories as per project – specific and drive themes for the season.
Financial / Commercial Deliverables|Drive speed to shelf on innovation, gaps analysis, listing issues as per project – specific call cycles Drive on shelf availability within stores as per project – specific call cycles Ad Hoc Free Space Execution Compliance as per project – specific call cycles .
Customer & Store Engagement|Maintain a professional, friendly presence in stores during projects Escalate store concerns to the Field Manager as needed .
Reporting & Feedback|Complete all required project execution checklists and submit photo reporting through designated systems Share qualitative feedback on any challenges encountered during implementation and report competitor activity Track and report pricing issues and competitor promotions in alignment with project-specific call cycle requirements .
