Job Description

Global Markets Operations seek to appoint a manager in the Equity and Structured Derivatives team to support the Bank. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the day to day running of the team, ensuring all settlements are acted on timeously to meet payment cut off times, and performing capacity management of staff daily. They will also be responsible for the development of the operations function together with deliverables such as people, robust relationships, functional performance, processes, systems, and MI reporting.

This role is suited to a candidate with a Bachelor degree (B-com Accounting), and experience in leading / managing a team is preferred. A sound working knowledge of Structured Notes and Derivative products, gained over a minimum of 5 years in an investment banking environment is necessary, together with an understanding of the internal control framework and operational risk management.

Education

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
