    Role Overview

    • As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent leading consumer technology brands at events and retail environments. You will create memorable customer experiences, drive product awareness, and support sales during high-impact campaigns.

    You will be scheduled according to business needs, including:

    Commercial Visual Merchandiser - iStore Pre Owned

    Role Overview

    • The Commercial Visual Merchandiser plays a key role in delivering a world-class in-store experience across pre-owned iStore's within South Africa. This role is responsible for driving sell-through, reducing aged stock, and ensuring credible, brand-aligned presentation of Pre-Owned products.

    Skills & Experience Required

    • 2–3 years' experience in visual merchandising, retail execution, or store support (preferred)
    • Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles
    • High attention to detail and strong visual execution standards
    • Ability to work independently in a field-based role
    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Comfortable with reporting, photography standards, and admin tasks (Microsoft Excel knowledge a must)

    • Influence pricing visibility and promotional messaging to improve conversion.
    • Lead in-store execution of campaigns while maintaining strong commercial KPIs.

    ERP Support Administrator

    ERP Support Administrator

    About the Role

    • Reporting into the ERP function, the ERP Systems Support Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation, maintenance, and support of the organisation’s financial systems infrastructure.

    Initially, the focus will be supporting and maintaining the following platforms:

    • Syspro ERP
    • SysproPOS
    • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
    • ERP system integrations

    Key Responsibilities

    Enhance ERP End-User Efficiency

    • Act as the first point of contact for ERP system support across a growing user base.
    • Support the System Administrator in maintaining core ERP environments including Syspro, SysproPOS, and WMS.
    • Manage and resolve support tickets while providing timely status updates to end users.
    • Assist with the installation, configuration, and support of third-party ERP modules.
    • Contribute to the development of system processes, application training materials, and supporting documentation.

    Maintain Data Continuity, Security and System Functionality

    • Ensure system readiness, availability, and operational functionality.
    • Maintain data integrity and security across ERP environments.
    • Understand and support business processes configured within the Syspro ERP system.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with system developers, third-party application providers, and internal stakeholders.
    • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving integration, application, or network-related issues.

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Relevant tertiary qualification preferred (BCom, Informatics, or related discipline).
    • Experience supporting or administering Syspro ERP systems is advantageous.
    • Experience with SysproPOS will be beneficial.
    • Solid understanding of data structures and databases is required.
    • Advanced attention to detail is essential.
    • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent analytical, organisational, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
    • Ability to operate effectively across multiple business functions, management levels, and geographic locations.
