Responsible for realizing sales targets for product portfolio within the Aesthetics business.
Ensure that aesthetic market, facial anatomy, our products, and competitor knowledge is of the highest standard and follows both training courses and self-study.
Execute the activity plan in order to achieve sales targets in alignment with the Sales and Marketing Strategy for Aesthetics.
Take initiative to approach existing and new clients for sales opportunities.
Arrange and give product presentations and workshops and is considered to be the first point of contact for clients.
Offer support, advice and training with regard to the promotion of our products within the own target group.
Market Development :
Represent Galderma and promote products at customer events and exhibitions. Keeps track of and follows-up the sales opportunities from trade shows and similar events.
Follow market trends and competitors developments in the market and discusses this with the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Take initiative to approach new clients for sales opportunities to expand the filler market.
Reporting and Administration :
Report activity and critical market information, including competitive intelligence on the Aesthetics CRM System
Ensure all customer data on the CRM system is updated and accurate at all times.
Analyze sales data, customers potential, growth drivers and competitive actions on a regular basis
Prepare and update a territory sales plan according to these analyses in order to optimize the geographic coverage and in order to selectively visit customer groups.
Attend sales meetings
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing or Life Sciences
At least 3 years sales experience in direct medical sales (preferably Aesthetic, medical device or similar)
Business acumen / commercial awareness
Selling skills / sales persuasiveness
Business planning and organizational skills
Communication / presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Customer-orientation
Ability to work within a team and a willingness to proactively contribute to all aspects of the sales process
Be able to work after hours and attend meetings/congresses over weekends
