    Raw Material Manager

    Required Skills

    • NQF 7 degree in Chemical Engineering / Food Science & Technology

    • Investigating loss point and evaluation of milk.
    • Preparing action list and follow-up on GMP losses.
    • Entering the data on GMP system and to produce the accurate GMP recording on the system.
    • Follow up the COD analysis every day and prepare the actions for each high COD value.
    • Controlling the control map of FT120 and checking FT120 to hand method sample for the mat and fat.
    • Track GMP losses and improve on GMP results.
    • Inspections and validation on equipment
    • Managing the “Mass balance & Fat protein” losses and gains.
    • Manage the consumption of raw materials for each week and month-end, aligned to shopfloor.
    • Implement FSSC requirements in the departments

    Technician (UHT Prosessing)

    Required Skills

    • Trade Tested Millwright
    • Minimum N4 or equivalent – wire-man’s licence will be to your benefit
    • Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience post qualifying, in mechanical and electrical

    • Successfully passed the Trade test and qualified as a Millwright is essential

    Required Skills

    • 3 Year tertiary or similar degree – ideally in Supply Chain Management, Business Science, Industrial Engineering or related
