• We have an amazing opportunity for a Team Leader (Mobile) to join our team in Parow, Cape Town. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring growth targets for mobile betting are achieved. Analyze financial information to identify trends, manage costs, and increase profits within the team. Ensure proactive reporting on these areas

You Bring:

• A valid drivers license
• 12 months exposure in a leadership role
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle different personality types
• Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skill

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

• Work closely with Area Managers to meet required targets
• Plan marketing campaigns/promotions/events with the assistance of the Area Manager and regional marketing Team
• Facilitate daily promotional activities
• Ensure marketing material is available and in good condition for all campaigns. All campaigns/promotions should be completed successfully and professionally
• Management of stock (daily report on stock levels and usage)
• Measure the effectiveness of promotions. Use Promo Tracker to measure the effectiveness of the promotion/event/campaign
• Conduct market analysis/research to make suggestions for improvements within the mobile department
• Recruitment and interviewing in coordination with Area Manager and HR department
• The performance and team management of sales agents this includes the setting of daily targets, completing performance reviews, (twice a year) conducting day-to-day people management functions such as HR/IR, and the poor performance of team members (PIP) function.
• Management of team members leave, absenteeism, and attendance
• Identify potential of Top Up Voucher outlets. Visiting outlets where required
• Organise continuous training to ensure sales agents understand the different betting types, betting process, products and TUV
• Weekly completion of all Moodle/Betstrike and Voice note training and Trainer on Wheels
• Ensure that cash-ups are done following the cash-up procedures. Responsible to ensure that there are no shortages. Report all shortages to management immediately
• Ensure that Booster vehicles are clean, branding is in good condition, vehicle inspections are conducted weekly, and that vehicles are serviced
• Submit Daily Reports
• Any other related duties that might be required

• We have an amazing opportunity for Content Production Coordinator to be based in our Umhlanga offices. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star? 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting in the planning, execution, and delivery of creative content projects, focused on coordinating the production of radio advertisements, scheduling and supporting video shoots, and managing administrative tasks such as invoicing and budget tracking.

You Bring:

• 5 years of experience in production, project coordination, or in a media /advertising role
• Diploma / Degree Qualification 
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with media production processes (radio, video, digital)
• Basic financial administration or invoicing experience
• After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (Advantageous)
• Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Adobe Media Encoder, Video/Photography Skills, Lighting, Audio recording, Video Editing, Colour Correction, Basic Script writing (Advantageous)

What You’ll Do for The Brand: 

Production Management

• Coordinate the end-to-end production of radio advertisements, including briefing, script approvals, and liaising with studios/talent.
• Schedule and oversee logistics for video shoots (locations, crew, equipment, and talent).
• Track production timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.

Project Coordination

• Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams, external vendors, and creative partners.
• Maintain detailed production calendars, call sheets, and shoot schedules.
• Ensure smooth communication and alignment between creative, marketing, and finance teams.

Financial & Administrative Support

• Manage invoicing, purchase orders, and budget reconciliations for all content projects.
• Track project costs and flag variances against budgets.
• Maintain organized documentation of contracts, releases, and production paperwork. 

Quality Control

• Review and check final content assets before delivery to ensure accuracy and brand compliance.
• Assist with version control and asset management across projects.

• General design work (posters, flyers, merchandise and other marketing material).

• Display a range of creative design techniques to materialize the concept and design required
• Achieving deadlines and working as quick and efficiently as possible.
• Updating adverts on the website and betting displays.
• Liaising with branch team leaders and managers with regards to any design work requested for their branch.
• Photocopying and deep etching pictures in photoshop.
• Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
• Prepare finished copy and prepare final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
• Complete projects by coordinating with printing and publishing.

You Bring:

• 1-2 years’ experience in Content Marketing/Copywriting
• Qualification in Marketing or related

What You’ll Do for The Brand: 

• Create compelling written sports content across several different websites and blogs.
• Proofreading and editing of internal as well as correspondence writers’ work.
• Reviewing, repackaging and publishing content produced by in-house departments and sister websites.
• Having a deep understanding of trends throughout the world across multiple sporting codes.
• Creating informative content highlighting new games and products released by the business.
• Created and manage an editorial calendar and ensure timeous publication of its contents.
• Keeping tabs on industry-related news/sports news to generate content around trending topics.
• Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Regular audits, both large and small.

Other 

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced growing environment.
• Will be required to travel from time to time.
• Ability to think independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of HTML and web publishing.
• Knowledge and experience in working with WordPress’ Content Management System
