Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Analysis:

• Gather and organize data from various internal and external sources.
• Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Conduct industry research to support strategic business decisions.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Develop and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare concise written reports that summarize findings and recommend actions.
• Present insights and conclusions to senior management.

Problem-Solving & Decision Support:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
• Use analytical techniques to address business issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Assist with forecasting and budgeting processes using data insights.

Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for improvement within business processes and suggest data-driven enhancements.
• Implement new tools, systems, or methods to optimize performance and data accuracy.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between analysis and business goals.
• Effectively communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams for system integration and tool implementation.

Data Quality & Integrity:

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data through regular audits and quality checks.
• Uphold data governance standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

Ad-hoc Analysis:

• Provide timely analysis for special projects or urgent business needs.
• Adapt quickly to changing business conditions by delivering prompt insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in data or business analysis (e.g., CBAP, Data Science certification).
• 2-4 years of experience in a data analysis, business analysis, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data visualization).
• Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage competing demands.
