• Digital Strategy, IT Strategy and IT Sourcing Advisory
• Digital Architecture and Enterprise Architecture Services
• Digital Transformation (including Cloud, Cyber, Mobility, Social, etc.)
• IT Operating Model Design, IT Functions Transformation & Governance
• We are seeing massive growth and potential in Digital Transformation across multiple sectors including Financial Services, Retail, Auto, Telecom, Life Sciences, Government, etc.
• We are seeking an experienced individual that has worked in a Digital Transformation space with large recognised businesses in South Africa / abroad.
• This role guides clients on their IT vision, strategy and roadmap as they embark on and build their digital transformation journey. You may deliver individually or manage a team’s delivery and should be embedded within our clients’ team. We’ll look to you to provide the client with a unique business perspective on how they must continue to innovate and remain competitive in this ever-changing industry.

Your key responsibilities

To qualify for the role you must have 

• Bcom Honours with ITC and APC
• Around 1 -2 years’ post article experience as an accountant or auditor in the Assurance Space 
• Excellent critical thinking and analysis skills, and the confidence to identify and resolve problems  
• A proven record of excellence in communication and negotiation, supported by the technical writing skills to translate data into compelling stories and meaningful insights. 

Ideally, you’ll also have 

• Qualified CA(SA)

Assurance Audit Manager

Your key responsibilities 

• Everything you do will lead to providing definitive auditing services that the capital markets and the client can rely upon. You will analyze financial statements, annual reports and annual general meetings for our clients to ensure that there are no breach of auditing standards. You will help our clients respond better to reporting and auditing issues within their businesses.

• The Africa Assurance Innovation and Digital Data Delivery Manager (“DDM”) will play a key role in the Innovation and Digital team.  The DDM will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of the digital solutions that are on offer from the Innovation and Digital Team for a portfolio of audit clients.  The DDM will also be required to ensure that the audit engagement teams are supported in linking their risks and compliance requirements to the digital solution that will appropriately address this.
• The DDM will also be fundamental in achieving the overall strategy of the Data and Intelligence Delivery Centre of Excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of the digital solutions that are on offer from the Innovation and Digital Team for a portfolio of clients.
• Challenge the audit engagement team for the allocated portfolio of clients to generate the right demand for digital solutions, based on tools that will support the execution of the audit and the sharing of client insights with the audit client.
• Understand the full spectrum of digital solutions offered at a level which allows an establishment whether it is a good fit for the audit engagement team and when to escalate tool usage to the Implementation Team.
• Proactively engage with each audit engagement team early on in the client’s financial year to establish the data support plan.
• Attend and participate in allocated EMEIA Catalyst Team calls.
• Grow, manage and enable junior DDM’s.
• Identify shortfalls in the digital solutions that are on offer and share that with the product owners for resolution.
• Participate in solution design sessions to assist the Data and Intelligence Delivery and Centre of Excellence Leader to make the delivery process more effective and efficient.
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet the delivery timelines.
• Evaluate and assess result of deliveries in order to deliver a summary of success or challenges to key stakeholders.
