    Parts Inventory Analyst

    • We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Inventory Analyst where you’ll play a vital role in helping our dealers optimize their inventory strategies and improve parts availability. Through data-driven insights, close collaboration, and impactful projects, you’ll contribute to achieving our service and inventory objectives across the Europe, Africa, and Middle East (EAME) region. You’ll be part of the newly established Dealer Aftermarket Collaboration organization – a multifunctional team aligned around industry and dealer needs, focused on delivering customer-centric solutions and driving aftermarket services growth throughout Caterpillar’s global network.

    What you will do:

    • Serve as the primary business and system support contact for dealers using the Parts Inventory Collaboration (PIC) platform
    • Deliver monthly inventory performance analysis packs and provide actionable insights to support dealer inventory reviews
    • Learn and apply advanced data analysis techniques and inventory management logic
    • Lead or support projects such as: Identifying root causes of service loss
    • Explaining inventory growth
    • Evaluating alternative stocking policies
    • Quantifying business impacts of changes in dealer stocking behavior
    • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across divisions
    • Leverage SAS, Power BI, and other analytical tools to extract insights and drive improvements

    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities fluent in English, French is a plus
    • A customer-focused mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally
    • Proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, SAS, Excel, or other data analytics tools
    • Understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory Management principles

    Communications Manager

    • The ideal candidate will be skilled at building a strong network across a complex, global matrix to ensure effective communication of key business initiatives.

    What You Will Do:

    • Strategy Communications – Collaborate with division leadership to create communications plans and deliverables that are aligned to the enterprise, segment and division strategy and related initiatives:
    • Develop and implement an annual internal and external communications strategy supporting the business
    • Consult with senior leaders, managers and employees on messaging using the power of words, images, sounds and multi-media
    • Advise on communication formats to ensure clarity and accuracy of messaging
    • Own internal employee communications including strategy, channels, tools and messaging
    • Partner with division leaders to drive and deploy change management communications, ensuring employees and stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned throughout key transformation initiatives
    • Executive Communications – Serve as a strategic communications advisor to the division’s senior vice president
    • Develop and implement a communications strategy to establish the senior vice president’s voice to their employees and to promote the division across the enterprise

    • Manages a marketing function for specific market segment or product group.
