Primary purpose of the job:

• Ensure effective planning and execution of all preventative and corrective maintenance activities.                                                                             

Key Performance Areas:

• Analyse captured data and generated reports and graphs as required by management
• Create maintenance schedules and generate work orders
• Maintain parts inventory and critical spare parts identification
• Create maintenance report (Downtime analysis, energy savings, oil consumption, compressor hours)
• Update maintenance file and server documentation
• Update legal documentations (parallelism, cranes, forklifts, oil samples, IR scanning, COCs)
• Create procedural manuals that explain how to do certain tasks
• Estimate costs of labour and parts for industrial equipment
• Adjust schedules to account for emergency work
• Assist and support GL & maintenance manager with reports
• Serve as a liaison between maintenance and operations
• Maintain records and files essential to maintenance management (Legal compliance files)
• Knowledge of Asset management, Inventory control, Procurement & Purchasing
• Coordinate with maintenance stuff, contractors, and external vendors
• Prepare preventative maintenance plans that are aligned with the organisation’s maintenance goals
• Basic understanding of OPEX and CAPEX budget
• Record and update skills matrix and Radar Chart files for Artisans Technicians and Specialist
• Good understanding of OHS Act legal requirements                                                                                             

Knowledge and Skills required:

• Technical concepts (i.e. mechanical hydraulic pneumatics and electric)
• Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Projects)
• Experience on CMMS i.e. SAP/Maximo/Uptime/ Navision/ PBI)
• Knowledge of the TPM (PM, CM, PredM)
• SHE Requirements (Compliance/Load test, Inspections)
• Understand & read technical manuals and drawings

Minimum Requirements                                                                                  

• NQF Level Grade 12
• N6/Diploma/Degree in Maintenance/Management/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with maintenance or organisational planning background
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in production/ maintenance /planning ideally within automotive manufacturing environment
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Artisan/Technician
• Experience with CMM i.e. SAP/Maximo/Uptime/Power BI

Primary purpose of the job

• Perform general electrical maintenance, preventative maintenance as well as fault finding maintenance on industrial robots, projects, and robotic applications standards

Key Performance Areas

• Repair and maintain robots to ensure customer and company quality standards are met
• Do fault finding and preventative maintenance as per maintenance schedule according to job cards and relevant works instruction
• Compile feedback on time sheets and ensure accurate repair data
• Ensure company procedures, works instruction and quality systems are always adhered to.
• Participate actively in the departmental problem solving as per company requirements
• Ensure that works practises comply with the company SHEQ procedures and works instructions.

Minimum Requirements                                                                                  

• 5 years’ experience in Automation and Instrumentation
• Extensive working knowledge of PLC programming, Siemens ABB; KUKA
• KRC 4; TIA Portal, Integra wave 4; PLC programming, Siemens S5 & S7,Festo S7, Festo and ABB Stamp master
• T3/S4 Diploma Instrumentation/ Eletronic/Eletrical/Machatronics
• 2-3 years as Technician in the electrical field, especially in Automation (pneumatics, hydraulics, maintenance/robotics/projects)

Primary purpose of the job:

• Receiving and inspection of local / imported material and store items into the warehouse and on SAP

Key Performance Areas:

• Receive local / imported material and store items
• Ensure proper stacking and labelling of goods received
• Ensure accurate capturing of information on the SAP system
• Capture and report Lot & FIFO controls
• Ensure that work practises comply with the company SHE procedures and works instruction.

Knowledge and Skills required:

• Understanding of the logistics function in an automotive environment
• Knowledge of production items within an automotive environment

• Minimum 5 years general logistics and stores experience within an automotive environment
