    Telesales Agent (Credit) Mr Price Money

    Job Description

    • We’re looking for Telesales agents to join our Credit Sales team who will be responsible for selling credit products to customers over the telephone.   

    Responsibilities
    Direct Sales:

    • Contact prospective customers to present information and explain available products.
    • Delivered prepared sales talks, reading from a script that describes products, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product. Explain products and prices, and answer questions from customers.
    • Ensure FAIS and FICA standards are adhered to when dealing with customer calls and correspondence. Update customer details and communication on customer debtor system (CDS). Ensure quality of calls in line with service level agreements (SLA's).                       

    Updating Personal Information:

    • Accurately updating customers' personal, employment and contact details to ensure right party contact.

    Payroll Manager Mr Price Group

    Responsibilities
    Payroll Governance and Delivery        

    • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing across multiple systems (e.g., Oracle, Sage), ensuring accurate calculation of compensation, payroll accounting, tax filings, benefits administration, and compliance with statutory requirements including SARS and UIF.
    • Ensure timely and accurate payments to third-party providers, maintain reconciliation against statements, and implement risk controls to uphold payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance across the Group.

    Qualifications

    • A completed relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma preferably with an emphasis in Finance or HR    
    • 7+ years of relevant payroll management experience (preferably large complex payroll) 
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency on Excel 
    • Technical Payroll skills and experience, you are proficient creating components on existing payroll systems, configuring formulas and tax & related statutory deductions correctly aligned to specific country legislature. You have experience manually calculating taxes and other statutory deductions outside the payroll system applying the tax tables for African countries. You have an understanding and experience with Payroll processing

    • Reporting to the Financial Manager, you would assist in the entire financial process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, as well to provide support in evaluating current processes and recommending improvements that align to the company policies and audit requirements.
