    Universal Banker (Level 1) - WC, Oudtshoorn, High Street

    Job Description

    • We're looking for a results-driven Universal Banker with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.
    • To take demand from Personal, Prestige and Private Banking clients for banking matters ranging from product questions to client account activities (e.g., opening of relevant accounts, statements, debit order information, etc.), whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a one-and-done manner that consistently delivers what matters to the client within product and legislative (e.g., FAIS) parameters.

    Qualifications

    Security Engineer Data Security

    Job Description

    Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

    • Manage and fine-tune Microsoft Purview DLP policies for endpoints, SharePoint, OneDrive & Teams
    • Investigate DLP alerts, coordinate incident response with stakeholders, and document outcomes.
    • Work closely with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to align DLP policies with regulatory and internal requirements (e.g., POPIA, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
    • Tune policy exceptions and reduce false positives without compromising security.

    Email Security (Microsoft Defender for Office 365)

    • Administer and optimize anti-phishing, anti-malware, and anti-spoofing policies.

    Security Engineer Active Directory

    Job Description

    Directory Services Operations

    • Administer and secure Microsoft Active Directory environments across multiple domains and forests.
    • Manage Azure Active Directory, including synchronization with on-prem AD, Conditional Access, and identity protection features.
    • Support and enforce Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, and AD replication health.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve authentication, access, and directory-related issues.

    Security & Compliance
