Job Description

This role requires knowledge and experience in full cycle of Qlikview Application Development and Design. The ideal candidate will have experience building cubes and data modelling as well as a strong SQL Background. The role requires development of front end applications using Qlikview and following implementation standards.

This is a client facing role and will require constant communication with clients as well as the Business part of the business. Technical strong individuals with great presentation skills will be suitable for this position.

Education

• BSc (IT) or related Qualification
• Additional Qualifications will be advantageous

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ Qlikview experience
• Minimum 6 years BI Experience
• MS SQL, full Microsoft Stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
• Understanding of Database Maintenance tasks
• Understanding of database storage architecture
• Data Analysis and Data modelling Experience
• Communication skills across all levels
• Ability to provide Solutions at an Architect level
• Knowledge of Databases. e.g. E-R Models and Dime
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge at least 1 of the following tools: SAS / Oracle /Teradata / Cognos / Business Objects
• Knowledge of Data Integration / ETL
• Knowledge of OLAP development tools
• Knowledge of Portals
• Knowledge of UNIX and Microsoft Windows server
• Knowledge of Data warehouse and Business Intelligence.
