    NDO Technical Lead

    What you will do 

    Technical Leadership

    • Act as the Technical Lead for RAN Swap projects, ensuring seamless migration with minimal disruption to the customer’s network.
    • Define, manage, and verify solutions during the execution phase to meet performance and quality benchmarks.
    • Lead end-to-end technical delivery of customer projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and acceptance testing.

    Network Analysis & Optimization

    • Conduct comprehensive technical analysis of the customer’s network to evaluate coverage, capacity, and quality.
    • Identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations for immediate performance enhancements.
    • Develop and advise on long-term Network Evolution Strategies to inform the customer’s investment decisions.
    • Perform KPI optimization to achieve superior network performance and enhance user experience.

    Customer Engagement

    • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives (Group CTIOs, OpCo CTOs), presenting actionable technical strategies and recommendations.
    • Facilitate in-depth discussions with customers on technology roadmaps and business challenges, translating them into tailored solutions.
    • Develop and deliver technical presentations to stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and clarity.

    Team Management & Collaboration

    • Lead and mentor a team of onsite and remote engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Core, Transport, and IT, to deliver integrated, customer-centric solutions.
    • Drive knowledge sharing and contribute to Ericsson’s global NDO community.

    RAN Swap Expertise

    • Oversee and manage RAN Swap projects, including planning, execution, and vendor coordination.
    • Handle feature rollouts, software upgrades, and hardware deployments during swap projects.
    • Ensure adherence to operational and security standards throughout the project lifecycle.

    Business Development

    • Identify and drive new business opportunities, including add-on services and solutions.
    • Contribute to the preparation of technical proposals, cost estimations, and value-driven solutions.
    • Provide strategic input on service pricing and solution value propositions.

    You will bring

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
    • 10–15 years of experience in RAN design, optimization, and migration, with substantial exposure to 4G/5G transition projects.
    • Proven expertise in delivering large-scale RAN Swap projects, including vendor management and multi-site integration.
    • Strong knowledge of 4G LTE (e.g., Carrier Aggregation, VoLTE, SON) and 5G NR (e.g., Massive MIMO, Beamforming, Network Slicing).
    • Hands-on experience with Ericsson’s RAN products, tools, and technologies.
    • Proficiency in network optimization tools like ENM, TEMS, Actix, and other industry-standard platforms.
    • Familiarity with 3GPP standards, protocols (S1, X2, NG), and interfaces.

    Network Program Director(8)

    What you will do

    • As a Network Program Director, you will be responsible for the Network contract presales scoping, contractual conditions, fulfillment and profitability, ensuring that all products and/or services are delivered according to contractual obligations and requirements for the customer.
    • The Network Program Director acts as Ericsson’s counterpart of the Customer’s C-level to ensure customer satisfaction and serve as the escalation point for all products and services delivery activities towards the customer ins complete ownership of customer contract fulfilment (internally and externally).
    • The Network Program Director is prime responsible for scope management including but not limited to; planning, delivery and customer acceptance, as well as identifying and driving top up selling possibilities via organizational change process.
    • The Network Program Director assumes the role of Contract Fulfillment Responsible (CFR) for Network opportunities to ensure continuity and alignment of contract terms defined during pre-sales through the program delivery and customer acceptance. One can also take on the longer-term role of Program CFR to deliver one or many, complete or partial, opportunities in a Program for the duration of its lifecycle and perform the role of FAS Sponsor from the creation of the fulfillment assignment (FAS) to closure.
    • The Network Program Director can manage programs on behalf of the customer with the service Deployment Program Management. In these engagements the Network Program Director is formally reporting to the Program Sponsor in the customer organization.

    Regional Design & Planning Lead

    What you will do 

    Network Design and Planning:

    • Develop comprehensive RAN design strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
    • Perform capacity planning, coverage optimization, and frequency planning to meet performance KPIs.
    • Design scalable RAN architectures supporting new technologies, including 5G, LTE, and legacy systems.

    Performance Optimization:

    • Analyze network performance data to identify and resolve issues related to coverage, interference, and capacity.
    • Lead network trials, drive optimization initiatives, and implement solutions for enhanced service quality.
    • Collaborate with vendors for fine-tuning equipment configurations and feature sets.

    Technology Evolution and Innovation:

    • Evaluate emerging RAN technologies and trends to ensure competitive advantage.
    • Drive adoption of advanced concepts, including Massive MIMO, and network automation.
    • Contribute to network transformation projects such as virtualization and cloud-native RAN deployments.

    Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

    • Liaise with external vendors, regulators, and partners to ensure compliance and smooth project execution.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers within the team.
    • Lead RAN-related projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
    • Prepare technical documentation, including high-level and low-level designs, and maintain accurate records.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards in all design activities.

    You will bring 

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum 7 years of experience 
    • Extensive experience in designing and optimizing RAN networks (LTE, 5G, and legacy technologies).
    • Deep understanding of RAN protocols, interfaces, and standards (3GPP).

    Drive Test Co-Ordinator

    What you will do 

    Planning and Coordination

    • Develop and execute drive test plans in alignment with project requirements and network performance goals.
    • Schedule and assign tasks to drive test teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including network planning, optimization, and implementation teams, to align testing activities.
    • Manage logistics for drive test equipment, vehicles, and team assignments.

    Execution and Supervision

    • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
