    Program Manager Fixed Term Contract

    • We are seeking a Program Manager to work on a Fixed Term Contract to provide critical support during our busiest months of the year. The contract runs from around 18 August 2025 to 28 November 2025, approximately 3 1/2 months. This role is responsible for supporting the design and leading the coordination and delivery of programs tailored to meet our clients' needs and specifications. Key responsibilities include managing all program logistics, liaising with clients, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring the successful design and execution of each program.

    Key Elements of the Role

    • Manage the entire program process from start to finish, ensuring that program delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
    • Coordinate with clients to assess their leadership development needs and objectives.
    • Collaborate with educators, other members of the program team, and partners to deliver high-quality programs.
    • Oversee program budgets, timelines, reporting, and evaluations.
    • Ensure that all program materials and learning materials are produced at the highest level of quality.
    • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, program participants, and other stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree, or higher.
    • Experience in learning & development program design (preferably for Leadership Development) or consulting in a people related field.
    • Project management experience, with the ability to manage schedules, deadlines, resources, budgets, and reports.
    • Experience working with remote/virtual teams.
    • Demonstrated teamwork skills, with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
    • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders across different teams, cultures, and geographies.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Flexibility to working hours with the ability to travel and work outside of normal working hours.

    What You’ll Do

    As a Project Director, you will:

    • Lead end-to-end project delivery: Own project plans, timelines, budgets, and contracts to ensure flawless execution.
    • Drive client relationships: Serve as the day-to-day client contact, building trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
    • Translate vision into action: Turn high-level learning designs into detailed delivery plans, partnering with internal teams and external faculty.
    • Design impactful learning experiences: Apply instructional design principles to shape content, structure learning journeys, and ensure alignment with client objectives.
    • Ensure commercial success: Manage financials, resource planning, and educator contracting to deliver profitable, high-quality programs.
    • Support business growth: Contribute to account development and new business proposals.
    • Mentor and collaborate: Guide Program Managers and work closely with Managing Directors to elevate team performance.
    • Champion digital learning: Partner with our digital team to deliver blended and virtual learning experiences, including community management on digital platforms.

    Requirements

    What You Bring

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in professional services or learning & development.
    • Formal project management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
    • Experience in leadership development, instructional design, and consulting in a people-focused field.
    • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and forecasts.
    • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Comfortable working with remote teams and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
    • Willingness to travel regularly and work across time zones.
