    Automation Tester (Senior/ Lead)

    Skills and Experience

    • Experience creating frameworks from scratch / updating scripts on existing Automation frameworks
    • Experience with Technologies as required: Ideally C# and JavaScript (Java and other tech will be beneficial)
    • Exposure to Automation testing tools: Selenium (Other Testing tools will be beneficial i.e. TestComplete/ IntelliJ/ RobotFramework/ TestNG/ Cypress)
    • Performance Testing experience using Jmeter.
    • Comfortable using/ working on CI/CD pipelines
    • Some lead and Strategy experience. Guide the team in innovation
    • Test Management tools exposure to QC/ ALM/ Azure DevOps /TFS/ X-Ray, etc.
    • Performing back-end (database) testing using SQL queries on Oracle and SQL Server databases
    • Ability to perform functional testing 
    • API Testing (Postman/ SOAP UI/ Rest Assured)
    • Mobile testing preferable with Appium
    • Other Technologies: Jira/ Swagger/ Jenkins/ GIT (Advantage)
    • Comfortable working in an Agile environment following the relevant ceremonies

    Other:

    • Level/ years experience: Senior and Lead level roles (5+ years)

    IT Sales Executive (IaaS)

    What you’ll do:

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
    • Understand each client's specific business goals and challenges and align managed services solutions accordingly.

    Product Knowledge and Consultation:

    • Possess in-depth knowledge of ICT Managed Services.
    • Provide expert guidance and recommendations on the ICT Managed and related services, i.e.Cloud computing, Hosted Infrastructure, HW and SW, end-user computing and IT Service Management

    Account Growth and Retention:

    • Identify sales opportunities within existing clients and new logos.
    • Develop a comprehensive Account Plan for the target market and territory
    • Ensure high client retention rates by addressing concerns and proactively mitigating issues.

    Contract Management:

    • Manage client contracts, renewals, and negotiations.
    • Coordinate contract discussions and work with vendors, such as Mimecast's legal and finance teams, as needed.
    • Monitor contract compliance and ensure clients get the expected value from our services.

    Client Advocacy:

    • Encourage satisfied clients to become advocates by providing testimonials, references, or case studies.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and vendor's product and support teams to ensure client feedback is heard and addressed.

    Industry Knowledge:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, specifically around managed services.
    • Share relevant insights and recommendations with clients to enhance their investment and spending.

    Other

    Your Expertise:

    • Proven experience of at least 5 years in account management and sales specialising in ICT Managed Services and IT Outsourcing; and thorough understanding of IT Service Management
    • Seasoned in selling IT Anything-as-a-Service, i.e., cloud computing, hosted infrastructure, HW and SW services and then Managed Services (IT Service Desk, End User Support, etc.)

    Qualifications Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Sales Relevant degree / certification / diploma, including OEM-related certificates—must have
    • ITIL certification would be an advantage

    Admitted Legal Consultant_Inlexso

    What you’ll do:

    • Acts as a functional expert by providing sound labour law advice to clients.
    • Handle activities relating to litigation, negotiations, CCMA & Labour court.
    • Provide relevant and advanced internal and external legal training
    • Draft legal correspondence, pleadings, opinions and contracts for clients utilising sound legal principles.
    • Attend internal and external meetings and provide legal input where required.
    • Administrative duties associated with the role which includes but not limited to timeous response to emails, submission of timesheets and travel claims, filing correspondence relating to all aspects of work for ease of reference.
    • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with clients & stakeholders.

    Your expertise:

    • 5-8 years of labour law experience representing parties in disciplinary investigations and arbitrations.
    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Specialised knowledge in Labour law for which appointment is made and sound general legal knowledge.
    • Excellent understanding and knowledge of applicable legislation, regulations, law in general and corporate governance.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in law. / LLB
    • Master’s in law (optional)
    • Labour Law training or courses related to labour Law
