    Commissioning Editor

    About the Role

    • The Commissioning Editor will support the acquisition and development of research content in print and online on Lexis+ in line with Legal Markets strategic direction.

    Responsibilities

    • Commissioning, developing, and managing new content across multiple market sectors, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
    • Identifying opportunities for new titles and new editions to meet revenue and commissioning targets.
    • Building business cases and collaborating with authors, reviewers, and stakeholders to deliver commercially viable products.
    • Managing the end-to-end commissioning process, including budgets, contracts, timelines, and quality standards.
    • Contributing to budgeting, re-forecasting, and portfolio management to meet revenue and profitability goals.
    • Conducting market and competitor research to inform commissioning decisions and product development.
    • Supporting sales and marketing initiatives by gathering customer feedback and contributing to go-to-market activities.
    • Leveraging technology, including AI tools, to streamline workflows and improve commissioning efficiency.

    Requirements

    • Have experience in commissioning, publishing, or content development (preferably in legal or professional sectors).
    • Demonstrate strong project management skills, with ability to deliver high-quality content on time and within budget.
    • Apply commercial awareness and ability to align publishing initiatives with revenue and market needs.
    • Use analytical skills to gather and apply insights from customers, markets, and competitors, with attention to inclusivity and relevance.
    • Communicate effectively and build respectful, collaborative relationships with authors, reviewers, and stakeholders.
    • Support contract negotiation and management, with guidance, transparency, and fairness.

    Project Manager II

    About the Role:

    • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager & Agile Coach to lead and deliver strategic initiatives within Global Nexis Solutions. This role is embedded within the development team and works cross-functionally with Engineering, UI/UX, Product Management, and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, agile coaching capabilities, and a proactive leadership style to drive continuous improvement and value delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Delivery & Leadership

    • Own the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
    • Facilitate project planning, release scheduling, and change management.
