    Stores Supervisor

    • As the Stores Supervisor, you will be responsible to managing the inventory and supply chain operations specific to the mining environment. This role ensures that all materials, tools, and equipment are efficiently stored, tracked, and dispatched to support mining operations.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for mining operations
    • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations
    • Oversee the receipt of materials and equipment, ensuring they meet quality and quantity specifications
    • Coordinate the dispatch of supplies to various departments within the mining plant
    • Lead and train warehouse staff in best practices for inventory handling and storage
    • Schedule work assignments and manage performance evaluations
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in storage practices
    • Conduct safety training for staff related to handling hazardous materials
    • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and generate reports for management
    • Implement and maintain inventory management systems and processes
    • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any discrepancies

    Minimum requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field

    • Strong understanding of inventory management software and systems
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
    • Knowledge of safety regulations related to mining and hazardous materials

    Stores Assistant

    Purpose of the role:

    • To ensure accurate and timely handling of goods, maintain stock records, and assist in the smooth operation of the store’s daily activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ability to identify and resolve issues related to inventory, equipment, or safety
    • Adhering to safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment
    • Good housekeeping
    • Ensuring accuracy in inventory counts, order fulfillment, and documentation
    • Ensuring orders are packed correctly, labelled accurately, and loaded into delivery
    • Maintain inventory levels, organize storage areas, and conduct regular stock takes
    • Demonstrate knowledge of receiving, storage and dispatching of goods within a designated storage facility
    • Ability of stocking shelves, picking items for orders, and managing deliveries

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric certificate/ equivalent
    • Procurement qualifications will be an advantage
    • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Basic computer literacy
    • Medically Fit
    • Accurate numeracy skills
    • Knowledge of handling and storage of Hazardous materials
    • Excellent communication skills

    IT Manager

    Job Purpose: 

    • The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring its efficiency and reliability. This role involves leading a team of IT professionals, planning and implementing technology solutions, and aligning IT strategies with business goals.     Cost and Management Accountant

    Purpose of the role:

    • We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support the accounting department by handling accounts payable and accounts receivable, performing bank reconciliations, assisting with month-end and year-end closing, preparing financial statements, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Proficiency in accounting software, excellent attention to detail, and strong analytical and communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyse financial information and prepare balance sheets. financial statements.
    • Assist in financial and tax audits, and general ledger preparation.
    • Prepare and present the monthly detailed management accounts that include cash flow, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and related schedules with analysis.
    • Analyse cost structures and identify efficiency opportunities.
    • Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
    • Complete end-of-month close procedures.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related Finance
    • Familiarity with software – Sage
    • 3- 5 years of accounting work experience
    • Coordinate with management and staff to prepare budgets.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures.
    • Resolve accounts payable and receivable issues or queries.
    • Accurately perform daily reconciliations.
    • Comply with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for SMEs
