    Manager: Monitoring & Evaluation - Audit Quality & Risk

    Job Description

    Support the audit practice‘s System of Quality management and the implementation and application of the auditing standards, methodology and applicable regulations through

    • Monitoring
    • Regulator’s inspections
    • Internal inspections
    • Develop high-performing people and teams, leading and supporting them to make an impact that matters, and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service.

    Qualifications

    • Honours Accounting Degree
    • Registered CA(SA)

    Experience

    • 3-4 years working experience (including articles)
    • 3 years in client facing role, 1 – 2 years in assistant manager / managerial role

    Technical Skills

    • Expert in field with sound industry and business knowledge
    • Understanding of internal controls and ISQM
    • PCAOB 
    • Demonstrated leadership skills
    • Proven ability to manage and execute projects
    • Experience in drafting and presenting client proposals
    • Excellent report writing skills
    • Good financial knowledge
    • Sound business acumen

    Additional Information

    • Understanding of ISQM 1
    • Performing an independent risk focused review of the system of quality management
    • Driving continuous quality improvement (causal factor analyses and issue resolution)
    • Ability to perform causal factor analysis to identify the root cause of a problem;
    • Ability to challenge remediation plans;
    • Ability to evaluate individuals and processes in an unbiased manner;
    • Support practitioners through external inspections;
    • Perform a variety of monitoring functions across the audit practice including independence, AWM monitoring;
    • Independent risk based audit of the firm’s system of quality management;
    • Understanding of control testing principles;
    • Liaising with senior leadership of the firm on systems of quality management;
    • Retention of engagement documentation;
    • Reporting (compliance & execution).

    SAP MM & SD Lead – Manager

    Job Description

    Main purpose of Job

    • We are looking for a SAP MM & SD Logistics Lead, with technical expertise in the implementation and support of multiple SAP Logistics modules. You will be required to lead and manage a team, while seamlessly integrating between the different SAP teams.

    The Technical Competencies required for this role:

    • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Logistics modules at various clients.
    • Independently investigate and troubleshoot SAP Logistics issues. Be proficient in design, customisation, configuration, and testing.
    • Support the current Logistics footprint and conduct SAP process configuration. Update and maintain all SAP functional documentation.
    • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and prepare applicable system solutions, and identify, interpret, support and document customer requirements.
    • Offer delivery expertise to clients and stakeholders, by applying domain knowledge and appropriate methodologies.
    • Ability to develop and apply a deep expertise in an SAP capability. Understand integration in SAP.
    • Interact with clients to understand the business requirements to determine blueprints, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements.
    • Conduct unit tests and system integration security tests.
    • Proactively proposing solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes.
    • Support and lead the functional team with issues and provide a solutions-based approach.
    • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
    • Provides ongoing communication to teams on status of engagement / project, changes, achievements, etc.
    • Act as subject matter mentor to junior team members

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications  

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Finance or Logistics.
    • SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4 HANA Sales/Procurement 2022 or ECC 6.0 equivalent
