    Sales Assistant - Cape Union Mart - Mimosa

    Duties and Responsibilities: 

    • Exceed customer expectations by practicing customer selling techniques.
    • Adhere to stock loss controls in store.
    • Ensure individual targets are met consistently.
    • Ability to maximise and drive sales by identifying opportunities to increase turnover.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Report customer compliments and complaints to management.
    • Attend to all customer stock queries and ensure that they dealt with and resolved.

    Driver

    Purpose:

    • Drives a light delivery vehicle to transport documents, goods, products, specimens or materials to and from specified destinations based on a delivery schedule

    Duties:

    • External Deliveries
    • Staff transfers
    • Performs related administrative tasks and may collect payment for goods and for delivery charges.
    • Other duties assigned by management.
    • Maintenance of Delivery Vehicle (E.g. Audit + Wash)
    • Responsible for general administrative duties, such as own filing and Jira database.
    • Marrying Documents i.e. Quotation, Job card & Invoice
    • Assists in optimising and developing systems to improve efficiencies within the department

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 / Matric
    • Code 8 Drivers Licence
