    Strategic Sales Executive

    The Role

    We’re looking for a highly ambitious and strategic Strategic Sales Executive to work closely with our Sales Development team, responsible for nurturing the client relationship through to close. Our team is only just forming, so your responsibilities are likely to also include work generating your own leads to begin with. The role is a cornerstone of the success of the company and as such will be treated as a core asset of the business. In exchange for a lot time, attention and training being invested in the candidate, there are high expectations for anyone in this role and an incredibly exciting opportunity.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Complete ownership of a sales pipeline, ensuring quota attainment on a quarterly basis
    • Run a world class B2B sales process from discovery to pitch to close
    • Create bespoke client bespoke demos, proposals and contracts
    • Use Hubspot to track all client activity, provide pipeline forecasts and updates
    • Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities & challenges, and provide recommended solutions
    • Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities

    Professional Requirements

    • A minimum of 3 years’ sales experience working for a B2B Saas FinTech company
    • Demonstration of consistently meeting quarterly sales quotas
    • Experience working with CRMs such as Hubspot and/or Salesforce
    • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to apply value-based messaging frameworks as part of client discovery and pitches

    • A curious and enthusiastic individual who is able to learn quickly and strive to become a subject matter expert in the world of marketing measurement and attribution

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base Salary: 350-450k Rand annually
    • Commission: On-target-earnings upto 450k Rand annually
