    Senior Multimedia Graphic Designer

    Job Purpose

    • Ideate, conceptualise, design, develop and manage all multimedia elements across all business units for Cipla including therapeutic category, corporate and product – across all channels including digital, social media and websites

    Accountabilities

    • Ideate, conceptualise, develop, manage, and maintain websites for Cipla SA and ONE AFRICA Region
    • Ideate, conceptualise, manage, and help develop digital creative content across all platforms and channels for all brands, therapeutic categories, and strategic initiatives across the ONE AFRICA region
    • App Design/Development/Support Product Brochure, Events
    • Audio-visual content development

    Education Qualification

    • Graphic and Multimedia Design Qualification
    • Minimum 15 years working in design environment, 10+ years Web Design & Development experience
    • HTML and CSS, basic understanding of PHP and MySQL Databases, strong understanding of Wordpress CMS Platform and relevant plugins
    • Commitment to continual professional development as new language technology develops

    Relevant Work Experience

    • Minimum 15 years’ experience in design with a focus on visual identity design.
    • Minimum 10 years’ experience in digital design and web development, solid experience with large and complex websites with multiple KPIs
    • Proficient in Adobe Software; Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Wordpress CMS, Dimension, Adobe XD, HTML, CSS
    • Demonstrated exceptional skills in design  
    • Experience with responsive design and/or mobile best practices; Intermediate to expert knowledge in Wordpress and other web and ecommerce platforms
    • Experience in operating a camera and using editing software such as Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere. Experience with various types of cameras, different lenses and have demonstrable experience in creating a defined shot.
    • Good understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, user experience, general web fundamentals and best practice.
    • Deep understanding of latest design trends and technology used in web design.
    • Direct experience with design strategy, logo design, graphics, packaging, art direction and branding, production of all types of content

    Medical Sales Representative - ARV

    Job Purpose

    • Create and develop the maximum profitable sales of all company products and build goodwill with the medical community, hospitals, other health centres, and sales outlets to gain maximum understanding and acceptance of company products and policies.

    Accountabilities

    Meet personal sales targets as established, incorporating the full range of products / services within identified markets or geography:

    • Promote / sell products to new and existing customers through formulating and maintaining sound relationships.
    • Demonstrate products to new and existing clients and provide assistance in selecting the most suitable option.
    • Conduct presentations and follow up calls to clients with regard to products already purchased and new products on the market.
    • Actively resolve customer problems and complaints.
    • Conduct informative meetings with general practitioners, pharmacists and specialists and keeping a record of visits.
    • Analysis of market trends and keeps abreast of new developments.
    • Identify risks and opportunities with regard to sales.
    • Report to management on trends and gaps in the market.
    • Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals to ensure successful outcome of transactions.

    Coordinate adherence to customer & internal / external stakeholder policy / procedure and cross-functional integration to provide support and guidance:

    • Adhere to customers SLAs and performance criteria
    • Conduct Business Reviews on customers for compliance to governance and business procedure
    • Identify development areas and take initiative to close gaps to initiate business
    • Act as a champion and ambassador for the service culture

    Assist in financial management to keep control on spends:

    • Generate monthly cost control report on spend vs allocated budget

    Education Qualification

    • A relevant Diploma or Degree 

    Relevant Work Experience

    • A minimum of five years' experience in a Sales role, with comprehensive knowledge across all functional areas—preferably within Pharma or Medical Sales.
    • Proven expertise in ARV detailing and retail is essential.
    • Strong professional relationships with HIV Clinicians, KOLs and pharmacies in the Eastern Cape are essential.

    Demand Planner

    Job Purpose

    • Drive the S&OP process for assigned portfolio and effectively translate commercial insights and analytics into an accurate consensus forecast.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with supply planning, analysts and suppliers, commercial and finance to optimize inventory and stock availability.

    Accountabilities

    • Continuously improve the demand forecast and drive forecast accuracy improvements.
    • Gain market insights using analytical, marketing and sales data as well as qualitative inputs to improve forecasts through demand driven forecasting.
    • Collaborate closely with commercial teams, finance, supply planners, other relevant stakeholders, and suppliers locally and internationally.
    • Maintaining and ensuring master data integrity across SAP, IBP, and relevant systems
    • Support, analysis, and reporting for S&OP Process, specifically Demand reviews.
    • KPI reporting and compiling presentation decks to relevant stakeholders
    • Lead and manage demand review process with Commercial and finance for assigned portfolio.
    • Support the reduction of stock expiry risk and excess inventory, by driving demand shaping and mitigation planning with Commercial, Finance and Supply Planning.

    Education Qualification

    • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management (BCom), Business Economics, Logistics, (BCom), Engineering (BEng), or related field

    Relevant Work Experience

    • 3+ years of demand planning and/or supply planning, supply chain analytics, industrial engineering
    • Exposure to supply chain and supporting S&OP process is required.
    • Experience in Demand Planning including replenishment forecasting is required.
