Job Description

DAY 1, NOT SURE WHAT TO DO? TAKE A LOOK BELOW FOR SOME IDEAS

• Daily processing of financial transactions
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts (AR, AP, Bank, VAT etc)
• Recording periodic intercompany charges and recoveries and maintaining intercompany balances
• Debtors invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments
• VAT reconciliations
• Payment preparation (online)
• Maintainence of Fixed Asset Register
• Management of Petty Cash
• Review of payroll calculations
• Assist in annual audit and prep of audit files

HERE'S WHAT'S EXPECTED OF YOU (AND MORE!)

• Relevant bookkeeping qualification (Diploma / BCom or similar qualification)
• Experience working with Netsuite an advantage
• High level IT proficiency. Strong excel skills essential
• Good communication skills (written/oral), analytical, highly organised?
• Accurate and detail orientated
• Own reliable transport
